Elicia was reunited with her Border Collie, Tobie this morning! Miracles do still happen! Please continue to pray for Elicia and her surviving dogs. They cost from this accident is going to be very expensive. She will have medical bills as well as her dogs. There were also expenses incurred with the search for her dogs, and the wreck as well.
